Credit Card Security
Our on-line store is hosted by Yahoo! and is secure. All transactions will be on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds. For your own safety, please don't ever use e-mail to send us your credit card information! Use the secure ordering form instead.
Ordering
Using the urth online store is simple. After browsing through our offerings, select your product, click on "ADD TO DOP KIT" to place the product in your personal DOP KIT Shopping Cart. Repeat this step for all the products you wish to purchase, when you're finished, simply click on "CHECKOUT." At this point, you'll be able to increase or decrease the quantity of each item selected or remove any unwanted items. Once everything is correct, either login using your user name and password or register with us so we may process your orders easier. Follow the prompts as to the shipping and billing options you prefer, enter your credit card info and submit your order. Please note that your credit card is charged immediately upon ordering and will appear as Urban Holding, Incorporated on your billing statement.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are process and ready for shipping in 1-2 business days of receiving orders. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). Most purchases are shipped from our location in Southern California by USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground to arrive within 5-8 business days from receipt of your order. urth SKIN SOLUTIONS FOR MEN regrets that it cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Rates
Urth Skin Solutions for Men offers free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (excluding tax and shipping) within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

International Orders
urth ships all International orders using USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipping is charge based on final destination and charges will vary depending on destination. International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. urth Skin Solutions for Men is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.

urth is not responsible for delivery delays that occur due to the processing of mail in international postal systems.
Expedited and Overnight Delivery services are not available to International destinations.
All international orders are shipped with a packing slip, which does not include itemized pricing. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with detailed pricing information. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.
Some countries may hold packages in Customs for longer periods of time. Due to United States Postal Service guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date.
Order Tracking

Sales Tax
urth SKIN SOLUTIONS FOR MEN is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Nevada and California.
Backorders & Out Of Stock
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail to let you know. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange or cancel instructions.
Return Policy & Guarantee
We accept returns for products that were damaged in shipment and unused product. To return an item, please ship it back to us with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice within 30 days for a full refund or exchange minus the cost of the return shipment. For your protection it is best if you return the item using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number.
