Shipping Details

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the US is free on orders of $75+. Standard shipping for orders under $75 is a flat-rate of $5.

How fast is your shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase from Los Angeles warehouse, when items are in stock. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date. Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. 

How much is shipping to Canada?

We offer free shipping to Canada on orders $100 USD + or $14 USD shipping on orders under $100 USD.

How much is shipping to Asia, Australia and New Zealand?

First Class Shipping for orders less than $100 USD is a flat-rate of $35 USD.  Orders over $125+ USD is a flat rate of $45 USD

What’s your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Urth purchase. If something doesn’t work out for you, no worries. Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
